Hispanic Bankers Foundation The Hispanic Bankers Foundation Scholarship Program was formed in 1996 as an Illinois 501-c3, not-for-profit corporation for the purposes of providing financial aid in the form of a scholarship to students based on merit and financial need, giving preference to students of Hispanic background. The Hispanic Bankers Foundation is a public foundation. The HBA raises funds for the Foundation through its Corporate Sponsorship Program, annual Golf Outing, Gala Dinner and matching funds.
