Join a Committee The HBA has five standing committees that are formed to plan and achieve the associations goals. Members are welcome to participate in the Education, Marketing & Communications and Membership Committees. As a matter of fact, future Board members are selected from those individuals that demonstrate the most activism and leadership in our Committees. The Education Committee is responsible for fund-raising, networking events, educational events, creation of financial education subject matter. The Marketing & Communications Committee is responsible for legislative outreach, community relations, public relations, website, distribute HBA financial materials, announcements & newsletters to HBA members and news sources.
