The mission of the Hispanic Bankers Association is to:

1. Reward annual college scholarships to qualified local Latino students pursuing a career in the financial services industry.

2. Promote the professional development of Hispanics in the banking and financial services industry

3. Attract and inform Hispanics about career opportunities in banking and financial services

4. Enhance the awareness of banking and financial services in the Hispanic community
